200% satisfaction else we’ve failed. Our growth has largely been by recommendation and our future depends on both new and repeat business from happy customers. In practice this means our customers must be 100% satisfied with our books and 100% happy with the service experienced in dealing with us.

We appreciate that many of you will be buying our books for the first time and cannot know if they’re right for your pupils (restricted - see below), or if they’ll meet our claims for being fun yet structured and have the children coming back for more. Well....

For your first order, if you’re not completely satisfied, we will refund you in accordance with the following chart subject to the conditions set out below.

ADVICE: To be sure of getting a refund on all of your first order please keep any books not being trialled protected from any possible damage or contamination.

* This offer is restricted to those in the music teaching profession e.g. private music teachers, school teachers and peripatetic teachers, hence the emboldening of the word pupil. Note, evidence that you are a music teacher may be asked for.

Naturally conditions apply:

♫ Applies to the Music Fun series and as appropriate our Weekly Practice Notebook.

♫ Maximum of two books per grade level.

♫ Returned used books must be less than half used.

♫ All books of same level as the used books must be returned at the same time.

♫ Unused books must be in pristine condition.

♫ Returns must be made within three months of receiving the books.

♫ The ordering of further books of the same level before making returns under this offer will negate this offer.

♫ If you are evaluating several levels at the same time we will only refund your PP&P with your first book level return. We will however refund the postage incurred in returning any books to us however you stagger their return.

♫ Sorry but this offer is for UK and EU customers only.

In this way you can buy our books and if you’re unhappy with them for ANY reason we promise a FULL REFUND including postage. Note, if your first order is for more than just a couple of each of the books making up the series please satisfy yourself that the material and their style are right for your pupils before you start using them generally.

Naturally, if you receive books damaged, or in any way sub-standard, then a full refund or replacement (your choice to be stated at the time of their return) will be given providing the books are returned within 23/25/30 (UK/EU/RoW) days of them having been sent to you. For our UK and EU customers we will also fully reimburse your postal costs in this event. Sorry RoW customers.

Please let us know by phone or email within a day or two of receiving the order that you will be returning one or more of the books because they have failed to meet your expectations.
