Placing of orders
email your book requirements to us. Please make it clear in the subject line that it’s an order for books and do not send your order as an attachment. We have a strict policy of not opening unexpected attachments.

If we’re not available to take your call and you know what you want, leave your details and book requirement on our answer machine. If you’re uncertain of your requirements or want to check prices etc., simply leave your contact details and we’ll phone you back when we’re next in the office.

When placing your first order we obviously need your full postal address (don’t forget your postcode or zip code), book requirements and, just in case we’ve got difficulties in meeting your order, a phone number and best time to contact you. Be assured we will not use your phone number or address details for any form of mass marketing (see our stance on Marketing and Selling). On any subsequent orders all you need quote is either your customer number or surname and postcode/zip code.
On the basis that children love to receive a letter/package from the postman, and rarely do in this present age, then if you want your order to be addressed to a child we will be happy to oblige. Once again be assured we will not correspond with your child at any subsequent time. Also, note that we can only send to your address and the invoice will be made out to you and you’ll be responsible for its settlement.
Teachers: if you have your pupil’s parents order the books please ask them to give your name.
