If you’re a user of our books we would very much like to hear from you about how you found the material and its presentation and/or the service experience you received from us.

If you’re a child (16 or younger) please do get a parent’s/guardian’s permission and approval before submitting anything to us.

If you’re a pupil or parent please give the name and address of the music teacher or school that introduced you to our books. However, do please check with the teacher or school that they are happy for this information to be released. Again any such data will be respected according to our business ethics.

Returns from validated users will be entered into the next draw. Draws to take place bi-annually on the 2nd January and 1st July, or if these dates fall on a weekend then the Monday following. Entries are restricted to the next draw only and no more than one entry per respondent will be allowed.

Name and address of  winner will be released ONLY with their permission, asked for at the time of the prize being sent. If permission is granted we’ll happily relay that information to you on receipt of a stamped addressed envelope.
