For students of all instruments

Academic basis

of Music Fun

Music theory is as applicable to students of singing as it is to students of the French horn but, whereas many theory teaching material presumes the piano to be the instrument known to all, Music Fun is NOT written around any one instrument. This makes our series of music theory workbooks ideal for all pupils irrespective of the instrument being learnt.

♫ Pupils are led to discover basic rules of music theory through carefully designed exercises.

♫ New facts are consolidated as pupils use them in puzzles and quizzes.

♫ Musical directions are broken into small groups for learning.

♫ Integrated topics help pupils to retain a working knowledge of theory.  New concepts are combined with active use of preceding material.

♫ Intended primarily as a course in its own right, but can be used as supplementary materials for pupils needing more practice and motivation.
